Determination of 16 Trace Elements in the Leaves of Apocynum Venetum by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AES method

摘要:建立微波消解-ICP-AES法测定罗布麻叶中Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Al,P,Mn,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ti,Se,Ba,Pb,Sr,Cd 16种微量元素含量的方法。以HNO3-H2O2-HF 溶液(6∶4∶1)为消解体系,样品经微波消解后,用ICP-AES法对罗布麻叶中16种元素含量进行测定。各元素的质量浓度在0.01~1.00 mg/L 范围内与光谱强度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r>0.999,检出限在0.0005~0.0080 mg/kg之间。加标回收率为87.56%~101.47%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%~3.42%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,准确度好,灵敏度高,可用于罗布麻叶中微量元素分析。
Abstract:A method for the determination of 16 elements content in the leaves of Apocynum Venetum by microwave digestion and ICP-AES was developed, including Na, Mg, Ca, Fe, Al, P, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ti, Se, Ba, Pb, Sr, Cd. The samples were pretreated by using vacuum microwave digestion in HNO3-H2O2-HF(6∶4∶1) solution system, then 16 elements content in the leaves of Apocynum Venetum were analyzed. The mass concentration of every elements had good linear relationship with the spectral intensity in the range of 0.01-1.00 mg/L, and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999, the detection limit ranged from 0.0005 mg/kg to 0.0080 mg/kg. The recoveries of standard addtion were 87.56%-101.47%, and the relative standard deviations of determination results ranged from 1.20% to 3.42%(n=6). The method has the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy and sensitivity, and it can be used for the analysis of trace elements in the leaves of Apocynum Venetum.
