摘要:综述国防专用无机成分量标准物质应用广泛的3种定值技术:原子吸收光谱法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法。介绍了每种定值技术的检测原理、优势与不足,并列举了标准物质定值实例。 3种定值方法各有特点,实验室应根据标准物质特性量值的范围、不确定度水平等实际情况,选择经济适宜的定值方法,保证定值结果的准确可靠。
Abstract:The three most widely used characterization technology for defense special inorganic component reference material, including atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS), inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was reviewed. The detection principle, advantages and disadvantages, and the application examples were introduced for each characterization technology. Each characterization technology has its own characteristics, the laboratory should choose the economic and suitable characterization technology according to the range of the property value and the level of uncertainty, so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the result.
