溶液型非牛顿流体黏度标准物质的研制

摘要:介绍溶液型非牛顿流体黏度标准物质的研制过程和定值方法。采用控温加热搅拌溶解的方法,在温度60 ℃,搅拌速率100 r/min的条件下,将聚异丁烯按照分步投料的方法溶解于正十二烷和2,6,10,14-四甲基十五烷组成的混合溶剂中,制备了4种溶液型非牛顿流体黏度标准物质,其黏度值分别为2.07,4.90,9.46,24.30 Pa·s,相对扩展不确定度小于3.0%(k=2),标准物质稳定性好,可用于旋转流变仪的校准和相关分析方法的评价。
Abstract:The preparation process and characterization method of non-Newtonian fluid viscosity standard reference materials were introduced. Under the condition of 60℃and 100 r/min stirring speed, four solution-type non-Newtonian fluid viscosity reference materials were prepared by dissolving polyisobutylene in a mixed solvent of n-dodecane and
2, 6, 10, 14-tetramethylpentadecane, their viscosity values were 2.07, 4.90, 9.46, 24.30 Pa·s, respectively. The relative expanded uncertainty was less than 3.0% (k=2). The reference materials had characteristics of uniform distribution of values and high stability, which can be used for calibration of rotational rheometer and evaluation of relevant analytical methods.
