Determination of the content of seven kinds of trace elements in papaya by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要：采用火焰原子吸收法测定光皮木瓜中钙，铜，铁，硒，锌，锰，镁等微量元素的含量。优化了仪器工作条件，利用标准曲线法对待测样品进行定量分析。在设定的浓度范围内，7种元素的质量浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为0.992 9～0.999 4，7种元素的检出限为0.211～9.268 mg/L。对样品进行7次重复测定，测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于3.0％，加标浓度为1.000 0～10.010 0 mg/L时，加标回收率为96.51%～104.55%。该方法具有操作简单、干扰少等优点，为木瓜的开发提供了科学依据。
Abstract：The contents of calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, zinc and selenium in the fruit of papaya were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The instrument conditions were optimized, and the quantitative analysis was carried out according to the standard curve method. The mass concentrations of seven elements were linear with the absorbance with the correlation coefficients of 0.992 9-0.999 4, the detection limits of 7 elements were 0.211-9.268 mg/L, the relative standard deviations of the detection results were less than 3% (n=7), the spiked concentration range was 1.000 0-10.010 0 mg/L, and the recovery rates were 96.51%-104.55%. The method has advantages of simple operation and less interference, it provides a strong scientific basis to papaya nutritional value of development.
