摘要:建立高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中双( 羟甲基) 咪唑烷基脲的含量。通过测定化妆品中双( 羟甲基) 咪 唑烷基脲释放甲醛的量间接测定其含量。双( 羟甲基) 咪唑烷基脲在碱性条件下可快速降解释放甲醛,与2,4-二硝基苯肼反应后,经高效液相色谱仪分离,用紫外检测器在355 nm 波长下测定。在优化的实验条件下,双( 羟甲基) 咪唑烷基脲可快速降解达到稳定状态。双( 羟甲基) 咪唑烷基脲的质量浓度在1~100 μg/mL 范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 84,方法检出限为0.000 5%。样品加标回收率为92.1%~108.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.18%~1.83%(n=6)。该方法可用于化妆品中双( 羟甲基) 咪唑烷基脲含量的测定,填补了化妆品中该类物质检测的空白,为化妆品监管提供技术支持。 
Abstract:A method for the determining of diazolidinyl urea in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The content of diazolidinyl urea was determined indirectly by determining the amount of formaldehyde released from diazolidinyl urea. Diazolidinyl urea rapidly degraded and released formaldehyde under alkaline conditions. After formaldehyde reacting with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine, the product was separated by high performance liquid chromatography and determined by ultraviolet detector at 355 nm. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, diazolidinyl urea could be rapidly degraded to a stable state. The mass concentration of diazolidinyl urea has a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 1-100 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 84, and the detection limit of the method was 0.000 5%. The recoveries of standard addition were 92.1%-108.2%, and the relative standard deviations of the detection results were 0.18%-1.83%(n=6). The method can be used to determine the content of diazolidinyl urea in cosmetics which fills in the lack of detection method for this kind of substances in cosmetics and provide strong technical support for cosmetic supervision.
