四酸溶解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定镍精矿中12 种主次元素

摘要:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定镍精矿中钙、钴、铬、铜、镁、锰、镍、磷、铅、钛、钒和锌的含量。样品称样量为0.2 g,以盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸四酸混合液溶样,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪,选择灵敏度适中、干扰小的谱线进行测定。12 种待测元素在各自的质量浓度范围内与其光谱强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.000 1~0.003 9 μg/mL,测定下限为0.000 3~0.013 0 μg/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.64%~14.91%(n=11)。用该方法测定标准物质GBW 07148 和GBW 07149,测定值与标准值基本一致,相对误差不大于15.38%。该方法简单、快速,成本低,适用于矿山、实验室等大批量样品的快速分析。 
Abstract:An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method for the determination of calcium, cobalt, chromium, copper, magnesium, manganese, nickel, phosphorus, lead, titanium, vanadium and zinc in nickel concentrate was developed. The sample was weighed as 0.2 g and dissolved in HCl, HNO3, HF and HClO4, a mixture of tetrasoic acid. Spectra with moderate sensitivity and small interference were selected for determination by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer. There was a good linear relationship between the spectral intensity and the 12 elements to be tested within the mass concentration range. The linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.999. The detection limit of the method was 0.000 1-0.003 9 μg/mL. The determination lower limit was 0.000 3-0.013 0 μg/mL, and the relative standard deviations of determination results were 0.64%-14.91%(n=11). The method was used for the determination of the national standard substances GBW 07148 and GBW 07149, the relative error between the measured value and the standard value was not more than 15.38%. This method is simple, rapid, low cost, which is suitable for rapid analysis of large quantities of samples in mines and laboratories.
