定点法温度校准装置的研制

摘要:研制定点法温度校准装置。该装置主要由定点池、高纯工作物质、恒温系统和测温系统等组成。选用高纯苯甲酸作为定点池工作物质,按精密程序严格控温,自动实现温坪的维持。该苯甲酸固定点装置凝固点温度为122.33℃,温坪持续时间可达到8 h以上,重复性为0.008℃,在一年半内其特征量值稳定。定值结果的扩展不确定度为0.02℃(k=2)。该装置能将温度量值直接传递到生产、科研和计量一线,其量值准确可靠,操作简便,可应用于食品医药等行业的温度计现场检定与校准。 The temperature calibration device by fixed-point method was developed. The device was mainly composed of fixed point pool,high purity working substance,constant temperature system and temperature measuring system. High purity benzoic acid was selected as the working substance in the fixed point pool. With strict temperature control procedures,the fixed-point device of benzoic acid could keep well temperature plateau. The freezing point of benzoic acid was 122.33℃,the temperature plateau could hold for more than 8 h,and the reproducibility was 0.008℃. The eigenvalues could be stable for one year and a half. The expanded uncertainty of constant value results was 0.02℃(k=2).The device can directly transfer the temperature value to the production,scientific research and measurement line. Its value was accurate and reliable,and its operation is simple. It can be applied to the on-site verification and calibration of thermometers in food and medicine industries.
