碱片-离子色谱法测定硫酸盐化速率中空白滤膜的处理

摘要:对碱片-离子色谱法测定硫酸盐化速率中的空白滤膜进行处理。空白滤膜采用超纯水清洗后,置于超声仪中超声30 min,连续清洗、超声3 次。处理后的空白滤膜中硫酸根离子含量明显降低,且均匀性增加,降低了由滤膜带来的测量误差。利用连续多天的空白值绘制质量控制图,碱片空白均处于受控状态。该处理方式简单易行,有效降低了空白滤膜中的硫酸根离子含量,提高了硫酸盐化速率测定的准确度。 
Abstract:Treatment of blank filter membrane in determinaion of sulfation rate by alkali tablet-ion chromatography. The blank filter membrane was cleaned with ultrapure water, then placed in the ultrasonic instrument for 30 minutes. Cleaning and ultrasound continuously for three times. After treatment, the sulfate ion content in the blank filter membrane was decreased significantly, and the uniformity increased, which reduces the measurement error caused by the filter membrane. The quality control chart was drawn by using the blank value of continuous days, and the value of the blank membrane was controlled. The treatment method is simiple and feasible, which effectively reduces the content of sulfate ion in the blank filter membrane and improves the accuracy of the determination of sulfaion rate.
