Determination of total phosphorus in water by the zone fluidic analysis technology
摘要：建立区带流动分析技术快速测定水中总磷的方法。用双气泡隔断方法实现完全显色反应，通过智能除泡技术排除气泡干扰，采用便携式化学分析仪测定水样中的总磷含量。结果表明，总磷质量浓度在0.01～0.6 mg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系，线性相关系数r2=0.999 45，方法检出限为0.01 mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.99%～1.64%(n=6)，样品加标回收率为85.9%～113.0%。该方法准确度高，检测时间短，仪器携带方便，适合于现场监测及突发性污染事故的应急监测。
Abstract：The method for rapid determination of total phosphorus in water by using the zone fluidic analysis technology was established. Complete colour reaction was achieved by double bubble partition method, and bubble interference was eliminated by intelligent defoaming technology. Portable chemical analyzer was used to determine total phosphorus in water samples. The results showed that the mass concentration of total phosphorus had good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0.01-0.6 mg/L, the correlation coefficient r2=0.999 45, and the detection limit was 0.01 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.99%-1.64%(n=6), and the recoveries of the samples were 85.9%-113.0%. The method has high accuracy, short detection time and convenient instrument carrying, which is suitable for on-site monitoring and emergency monitoring of sudden pollution accidents.
