摘要:建立顶空-气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤和地下水中甲基叔丁基醚的检测方法。对顶空萃取进样器的工作条件进行优化,确定了最佳的顶空萃取条件:顶空平衡温度为85℃,顶空瓶恒温时间为30 min,平衡时间为1 min,传输线温度为110℃,进样针温度为90℃,进样时间为0.2 min,拔针时间为0.4 min。甲基叔丁基醚的质量浓度在10~200 μg/L范围内与响应值呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r2≥0.990。土壤和地下水中甲基叔丁基醚的检出限分别为1.2 μg/kg,1.0 μg/L,加标回收率分别为80.0%~94.8%,86.0%~100.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.35%~13.2%,2.84%~9.53%(n=6)。该方法具有良好的精密度与准确度,适用于土壤和地下水中甲基叔丁基醚的分析检测。 
Abstract:A method for determination of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE) in soil and groundwater by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was established. Through optimizing the headspace extraction sampler conditions, the best headspace extraction condition were determined as followed: headspace equilibrium temperature was 85℃, headspace bottle constant temperature time was 30 min, equilibrium time was 1 min, transmission line temperature was 110℃, injection needle temperature was 90℃, injection time was 0.2 min and needle withdrawal time was 0.4 min. The mass concentration of MTBE had a good linear relationship with the response value in the range of 10-200 μg/L, the linear correlation coefficient r2≥0.990, the detection limits of MTBE were 1.2 μg/kg and 1.0 μg/L for soil and groundwater, respectively. The recoveries were 80.0%-94.8% and 86.0%-100.5%, and the relative standard deviation were 2.35%-13.2% and 2.84%-9.53%(n=6) for soil and groundwater, respectively. The method has good precision and accuracy, which is suitable for detection of MTBE in soil and groundwater.
