摘要:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定化妆品中可溶性钡和可溶性镍含量的方法。以5%硝酸-2%氢氟酸混合溶液为提取剂,在(60±2)℃下连续震荡提取1 h,然后在(60±2)℃下放置1 h。化妆品中可溶性镍与可溶性钡的质量浓度在0.01~1.0 mg/L范围内与信号强度均呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分均为0.999 9,镍、钡的定量限均为0.25 mg/kg。在0.5,5.0,40 mg/kg添加水平下,可溶性镍的加标回收率为84.4%~112.7%,可溶性钡的加标回收率为96.7%~117.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.9%~4.8%(n=6)。该方法具简单、快速,测定结果准确稳定,可用于化妆品中可溶性钡和可溶性镍的测定。 
Abstract:A method for the determination of soluble bismuth and soluble nickel in cosmetics by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was developed. Mixed solution of 5% nitric acid-2% hydrofluoric acid was used as extraction agent, sample was extracted at (60±2)℃for 1 h, then placed at (60±2)℃for 1 h. The concentration of nickel and barium had good linear relationship with signal intensity in the range of 0.01-1.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficients of nickel and barium were 0.999 9. The quantitation limit for nickel and barium was all 0.25 mg/kg. At the addition levels of 0.5, 5.0, 40 mg/kg, the average recovery of nickel and barium was 84.4%-112.7% and 96.7%-117.3%, respectively, and the relative standard deviation of the measurement results was 0.9%-4.8%(n=6). The method is simple, rapid with the accurate and stable results, which is suitable for determination of soluble barium and nickel in cosmetics.
