高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水中唑啉草酯和炔草酯

摘要:建立同时测定水中痕量唑啉草酯和炔草酯的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液(90∶10)为流动相,唑啉草酯和炔草酯的质量浓度在0.10~5.0 μg/L范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 5,0.999 7,检出限分别为1.8×10-3,3.1×10-3 μg/L,定量限分别为6.0×10-3,1.0×10-2 μg/L。地表水样品加标回收率分别为:唑啉草酯93.0%~106.4%,炔草酯93.0%~108.6%;相对标准偏差分别为:唑啉草酯3.90%,炔草酯4.46%(n=6)。该方法简单、快速、准确,可有效分析水中唑啉草酯和炔草酯含量。
Abstract:The method of HPLC-MS/MS was established to determine trace pinoxaden and clodinafop-propargyl in water simultaneously. Using methanol-0.1% formic acid(90∶10) as the mobile phase, there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and chromatographic peak area of pinoxaden and clodinafop-propargyl in the range of 0.10-5.0 μg/L with the correlation coefficients of 0.999 5 and 0.999 7, respectively. The detection limits were 1.8×10-3 and 3.1×10-3 μg/L, and the quantification limits were 6.0×10-3 and 1.0×10-2 μg/L, respectively. The recoveries in ground water were 93.0%-106.4% and 93.0%-108.6% with the relative standard deviations of 3.90% and 4.46% (n=6), respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate which can be used to analyze the content of pinoxaden and clodinafop-propargyl in ground water.
