摘要:建立一种液液微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法检测地表水中内吸磷、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷和马拉硫磷残留量的分析方法。取5 mL地表水样品,以100 μL氯苯为溶剂进行萃取,在优化条件下,4种有机磷在5.00~100 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均不小于0.990 0,4种有机磷的检出限为0.05~0.07 μg/L,样品加标平均回收率为91.6%~105.0%,相对标准偏差均小于3%(n=6)。该方法具有前处理操作简单、有机溶剂用量少、灵敏度高、精密度好、准确度高等优点,适用于地表水中有机磷农药残留的分析。
Abstract:A method for the determination of phosphorus, parathion, parathion methyl and malathion in surface water by liquid-liquid microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. 100 mL chlorobenzene as the solvent to extact 5 mL surface water sample. Under the optimized conditions, the linear relationship of the four organophosphorus compounds was good in the range of 5.00-100 μg/L. The detection limits were 0.05-0.07 μg/L. The recoveries of standard addition were 91.6%-105.0%, and the relative standard deviations were all less than 3%(n=6). This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, less amount of organic solvent, high sensitivity, good recovery and precision, and it is suitable for the analysis of organophosphorus pesticide residues in surface water.
