摘要:以甲基对硫磷纯度标准物质为原料,采用重量-容量法制备无水乙醇中甲基对硫磷溶液标准物质。采用高效液相色谱法对标准物质的均匀性和稳定性进行检验,并对定值结果的不确定度进行评定。结果表明,研制的标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,有效期为12个月,定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为2%~3%(k=2),已被批准为国家二级标准物质,编号为GBW(E) 083635。该标准物质可用于气相色谱仪-火焰光度检测器线性范围的评价和有机磷农药检测结果的准确性评价。
Abstract:Methyl parathion solution reference material in anhydrous ethanol was prepared by weight-volume method using methyl parathion purity reference material as raw material. The homogeneity and stability of reference materials were tested by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and the uncertainty of the results was evaluated. The testing results showed that the reference material exhibited good uniformity and stability, the validity period was 12 months. The relative expanded uncertainty of value result was 2%-3%(k=2), and it have been approved as the national secondclass reference materials, No. GBW(E) 083635. The reference material can be used to evaluate the linear range of gas chromatograph flame photometric detector and the accuracy of organophosphorus pesticide detection results.
