摘要:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定医用镍钛形状记忆合金中钴、铜、铬、铁和铌5种杂质元素含量的方法。采用硝酸-氢氟酸混合酸溶解样品,选择H2动态反应池模式消除干扰,以Cs为内标进行校正。钴、铜、铬、铁、铌的质量浓度在0~100 ng/mL范围内与离子响应信号具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.036~0.13 μg/g,测定下限为0.12~0.44 μg/g。用所建方法对实际样品进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.7%(n=7),样品加标回收率为97.0%~102.2%。该方法操作简单,干扰少,满足医用镍钛合金类产品中杂质元素含量的测定要求。
Abstract:A method for the determination of cobalt, copper, chromium, iron and niobium in medical nickel titanium shape-memory alloy by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was established. Nitric acid hydrofluoric acid mixed acid was used to dissolve the sample, the interference was eliminated by H2 dynamic reaction tank mode, and the calibration was carried out with Cs as internal standard. The mass concentration of Co, Cu, Cr, Fe, Nb had a good linear relationship with the ion response signal in the range of 0.5-100 ng/mL, the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999, the detection limits were 0.036-0.13 μg/g, and the lower limits of determination were 0.12-0.44 μg/g. The method was applied to the determination of real samples, the relative standard deviations of the determination results were 1.2%-2.7%(n=7), and the recoveries were 97.0%-102.2%. The method is simple in operation, less interference, which can meet the requirements of determination of impurity elements in medical nickel titanium alloy products.
