摘要:建立滤纸制样-X射线荧光光谱同时测定血液中钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锌、铜7种微量元素的方法。将淀粉压制成环,作为滤纸底托,移取定量血液样品滴加到滤纸上,将底托和滤纸置于烘箱中,在50℃温度下烘干,然后将滤纸和淀粉托压制成型,以钴作为内标校正,在优化的仪器工作条件下进行测定。7种元素在各自的质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.17~6.02 mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.58%~4.96%(n=5),各元素加标回收率为91.4%~107.0%。该方法操作简单,绿色环保,适用于血液中多种微量元素的同时测定。  
Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of seven trace elements including K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu in blood by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with filter paper sample preparation was established. The starch was pressed into a ring and used as the base support of the filter paper. The quantitative blood sample was dropped onto the filter paper. The base bracket and filter paper were placed in the oven and dried at 50℃. Then the filter paper and starch tray were pressed and molded. Cobalt was used as internal standard correction, and the determination was carried out under the optimized working conditions of the instrument. The mass concentrations of the seven elements had a good linear relationship in their respective ranges, the linear correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999, and the detection limits were 0.17-6.02 mg/L. The relative standard deviations of the determination results were 0.58%-4.96%(n=5), and the recoveries of standard addition were 91.4%-107.0%. The method is simple and green, which suitable for the simultaneous determination of trace elements in blood.
