Simultaneous determination of seven anions in polyethylene glycol by ion chromatography suppressed conductivity method

摘要：建立离子色谱-抑制电导法同时测定聚乙二醇中F-，CH3COO-，HCOO-，Cl-，NO2-，NO3-，SO42- 7种阴离子的分析方法。样品经超纯水溶解，滤液过SPE-C18前处理柱和0.22 μm滤膜后，选用SH-AC-11型阴离子交换柱进行色谱分离，以9 mmol/L KOH淋洗液进行洗脱，采用电导检测器检测，外标法定量。结果表明，7种阴离子在各自的质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数均大于0.999，方法检出限为0.133 4～1.794 μg/L。以PEG 6000为基体进行加标回收试验，加标回收率为79.85%～103.2%，测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.53%～2.45%(n=6)。该方法具有良好的分离效果，响应较好，适用于聚乙二醇中7种阴离子的同时测定。
Abstract：A method for simultaneous determination of seven anions including F-, CH3COO-, HCOO-, Cl-, NO2-, NO3-and SO42- in polyethylene glycol by ion chromatography suppressed conductivity method was established. The sample was dissolved with ultrapure water, filtrated with SPE-C18 pretreatment column and 0.22 μm membrane. The filtrate was separated by SH-AC-11 anion exchange column with 9 mmol/L KOH as the eluent, determined by a conductivity detector, and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the mass concentration of seven anions had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak areas in their respective ranges, the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999, and the detection limits of the method were 0.133 4-1.794 μg/L. The recovery test was carried out with PEG 6000 as the matrix, the recoveries were 79.85%-103.2%, and the relative standard deviations of the results were were 0.53%-2.45%(n=6). The method has good separation effect and good response, which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of seven anions in polyethylene glycol.
