摘要:建立气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定芹菜中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的分析方法。样品以正己烷超声提取后,经DB-5MS色谱柱(15.0 m×0.25 mm,0.50 μm)分离,采用GC-MS 进行定性和定量分析。6种增塑剂的质量浓度在0~2.0 μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.10~0.24 mg/kg,样品加标回收率为89.2%~105%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.2%(n=5)。该方法简便快速,准确度高,检出限低,满足定量分析要求。  
Abstract:A method for the determination of six phthalate plasticizers in celery by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. After ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane, the samples were separated by DB-5MS column(15.0 m×0.25 mm, 0.50 μm), and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The mass concentrations of six plasticizers had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0-2.0 g/mL, the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999, and the detection limits were 0.10-0.24 mg/kg. The recoveries of the standard addition were 89.2%-105%, ang the relative standard deviation of determination results was 1.3%-3.2%(n=5). The method is simple, rapid, high accuracy and low detection limit, which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis.
