摘要:建立X射线荧光光谱法测定钽铌矿石中锑元素含量的方法。以硼酸作为底衬,用粉末压片法制备标准样品,在优化的仪器工作条件下,采用X射线荧光光谱仪进行测定。锑元素的质量分数在0.013%~0.100%范围内与计数率具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 0,方法检出限为0.001 5%,定量限为0.005 0%。样品加标回收率为95.83%~103.64%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.56%~3.33%(n=11)。该方法操作简便,分析速度快,检出范围宽,准确度、精密度好,满足钽铌矿石中锑含量的分析要求。
Abstract:A method for determination of antimony in tantalum and niobium ores by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with powder pressing method was established. Boric acid was used as the backing and the standard sample was prepared by powder pressing method. The determination was carried out by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer under the optimized working conditions. The mass fraction of antimony had a good linear relationship with counting rate in the range of 0.013%-0.100%, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 0, the detection limit of the method was 0.001 5%, and the quantitation limit was 0.005 0%. The recoveries of standard addition were 95.83%-103.64%, and the relative standard deviations of the determination results were 1.56%-3.33%(n=11). The method is simple, rapid, wide detection range, good accuracy and precision, which can meet the determination requirements of antimony in tantalum niobium ore.
