摘要:  建立硫酸盐氧化-薄膜电导率法测定自来水中总有机碳的分析方法。样品经孔径为0.45 μm的滤膜过滤器过滤,选择进样瓶直接进样,在自适应模式下进行测定。总有机碳的质量浓度在0~10 mg/L范围内与响应值具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999,方法检出限为0.02 μg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于1.3%(n=6),样品加标回收率为91.0%~102.8%。该方法操作简便,准确度高,适用于自来水中总有机碳含量的测定。  
Abstract:A method of the determination of total organic carbon in tap water by persulphate oxidation-membrane conductivity was established. The sample was filtered by a membrane filter with a membrane pore size of 0.45 μm, and the injection bottle was selected for direct injection. The measurement was carried out in adaptive mode. The mass concentration of the total organic carbon had a good linear relationship with the response value in the range of 0-10 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999, and the detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of the determination results was less than 1.3%(n=6), and the recoveries were 91.0%-102.8%. The method is simple to operate and highly accurate, which is suitable for the determination of the total organic carbon in tap water.
