摘要: 基于气相色谱 -串联质谱技术,建立并优化电子电气产品中 1,2-二溴 -4-(1,2-二溴乙基)环己烷 (TBECH)、五溴甲苯(PBT)、五溴乙苯(PBEB)、(2,3-二溴丙基)(2,4,6-三溴苯基醚)(DPTE)、1,2-双(2,4,6-三 溴苯氧基)乙烷(BTBPE)、四溴邻苯二甲酸双(2-乙基己基)酯(TBPH)和三 -(2,3-二溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯(TBC) 7 种新型溴系阻燃剂的新测定方法。样品冷冻粉碎后,采用甲苯超声萃取技术,分别对聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈 -丁二烯 -苯乙烯共聚物和聚氯乙烯 3 种塑料材质的电子电气产品进行前处理和分析检测。7 种新型溴系阻燃剂在各自的质量 浓度范围内与色谱峰面积的线性关系良好,线性相关系数为 0.999 0~0.999 9,检出限为 0.03~0.45 mg/kg,定量限为 0.10~1.22 mg/kg。样品加标回收率为 90.94%~101.32%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 4.15%~4.24%(n=6)。该方法 适用于电子电气制品中新型溴系阻燃剂的测定。  
Abstract:Based on gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS), a new method was established and optimized for the determination of 1,2-dibromo-4-(1, 2-dibromoethyl) cyclohexane (TBECH), pentabromotoluene (PBT), pentabromoethylbenzene (PBEB), (2, 3-dibromopropyl)(2, 4, 6-tribromophenyl) ether (DPTE), 1, 2-bis(2, 4, 6-tribromophenoxy) ethane (BTBPE), bis(2-ethylhexyl) tetrabromophthalic acid (TBPH) and tri-(2, 3-dibromopropyl) isocyanurate (TBC) in electronic and electrical products. After the samples were frozen and crushed, the electronic and electrical products made of polystyrene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer and polyvinyl chloride were pretreated and analyzed by toluene ultrasonic extraction technology. The concentration of seven novel bromine flame retardants had good linear relationships with the chromatographic peak area within their respective mass concentration range, the correlation coefficients were 0.999 0-0.999 9, the detection limits were 0.03-0.45 mg/kg and the quantitative limits were 0.10-1.22 mg/kg. The recoveries were 90.94%-101.32%, and the relative standard deviations were 4.15%-4.24%(n=6). The method is suitable for the determination of novel brominated flame retardants in electronic and electrical products.
