摘要:研制特征量值为10.0 ng/μL的异辛烷中苯甲酮溶液标准物质。苯甲酮标准品经气相色谱-质谱法和傅里叶变换红外光谱法定性并对主成分、水分、无机元素和溶剂残留分别定量,根据质量平衡法计算得苯甲酮的纯度为99.85%(质量分数),扩展不确定度U=0.37%(k=2)。以苯甲酮标准品为原料,采用重量-容量法制备异辛烷中苯甲酮溶液标准物质。利用气相色谱法考察其均匀性、稳定性,经量值核验和定值结果的不确定度评定,确认标准物质的量值为10.0 ng/μL,相对扩展不确定度为3%(k=2)。该溶液标准物质满足气相色谱-质谱联用仪校准规范的要求,可以为气相色谱-质谱联用仪的量值溯源提供可靠保证。
Abstract:10.0 ng/μL solution reference material of benzophenone in isooctane was prepared. Benzophenone standard was qualitatively certified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the contents of the main component, water, inorganic compounds and solvent residue were quantificationally analyzed, confirming the purity of benzophenone standard as 99.85%(mass fraction), U=0.37%(k=2) by mass balance method. Using benzophenone standard as the raw material, the solution reference material of benzophenone in isooctane was prepared with gravity-volume method. The homogeneity and stability were investigated by gas chromatography, its certi fied value and the relative expanded uncertainty was 10.0 ng/μL and 3%(k=2), respectively. The solution reference material meets the requirements of calibration specification for gas chromatography mass spectrometer, and provide reliable metrological traceability of gas chromatography mass spectrometer.
