摘要:建立吹扫捕集气相色谱-质谱法同时测定水中59种挥发性有机物。水样品通过吹扫捕集装置进行富集,热解析后经DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离,采用选择离子扫描模式分析,色谱峰面积外标法定量。该方法分析时间为33 min, 59种挥发性有机物的质量浓度在0.50~50.0μg/L范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999 0,方法检出限为0.02~0.09μg/L。样品加标回收率为85.9%~107%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.3%~6.2%(n=7)。该方法操作简便,分析时间短,满足实验室批量检测水中挥发性有机物的要求。 
Abstract:A method for the determination of 59 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with purge and trap sampling was developed. The water samples were purged and desorbed by a purge and trap sampling, then separated by DS-5MS capillary chromatographic column, analyzed by selective ion scanning mode, and quanti fied by chromatographic peak area external standard method. The analysis time of VOCs in this method was 33 min. The mass concentration of 59 VOCs had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.50-50.0μg/L, the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999 0, the detection limits of the method were 0.02-0.09μg/L. The recoveries of spiked samples were 85.9%-107%, and the relative standard deviations of the determination results were 0.3%-6.2%(n=7). The method is easy to operate, short in time, which can meet the requirements of the laboratory for batch detection of volatile organic compounds in water.
