摘要:建立液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水产品中甲基汞的不确定度评定方法。根据液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水产品中甲基汞的实验过程,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,包括样品称量、样品处理、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合以及测量重复性引入的不确定度,分别计算各不确定度分量,并合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当取样量为0.5 g左右,置信区间为95%时,包含因子k=2,海鱼中甲基汞测定结果的扩展不确定度为0.044 mg/kg。测定过程中不确定主要来源于标准溶液配制及标准曲线拟合。该方法可为液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水产品中甲基汞含量的质量控制和不确定评定提供参考依据。 
Abstract:A method of evaluating the uncertainty for determination of methylmercury in aquatic products by liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established. According to the experimental process for determining the methylmercury in aquatic products by liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, a mathematical model was established to analyze the source of uncertainty, including the uncertainty introduced by sample weighing, sample processing, standard solution preparation, standard curve fitting and measurement repeatability. Each uncertainty component was calculated respectively, and the standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were synthesized. When the sampling amount was about 0.5 g and the confidence interval was 95%, including factor k=2, the expanded uncertainty of the determination results of methylmercury in marine fish was 0.044 mg/kg. The uncertainty in the whole determination process mainly comes from standard solution preparation and standard curve fitting. The method can provide reference for quality control and uncertainty assessment of methylmercury content in aquatic products by liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
