摘要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定银耳中19种元素,对各元素测定结果进行标准化后作图,建立两种银耳的元素指纹图谱并进行聚类分析,从而实现产地鉴别。用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪同时测定银耳中19种元素,线性范围为0.1~500μg/L,相关系数不小于0.999 0,检出限为0.000 1~0.086 0 mg/kg,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.38%~12.8%(n=6),加标回收率为90.3%~111.5%。该方法简便、快速,利用不同产地银耳中元素含量的差异建立元素指纹图谱,可用于银耳地理标志产品的产地鉴别。
Abstract:Nineteen elements in tremella were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), the determination results data were standardized and mapped, the element fingerprints of two kinds of tremella were established and cluster analysis was carried out to classify their geographical origins. The linear range was 0.1-500 μg/L,the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.999 0,the detection limit was 0.000 1-0.086 0 mg/kg, the relative standard deviations of the determination results were 0.38%-12.8%(n=6),and the spiked recoveries were 90.3%-111.5%. The method is convenient and rapid. The element fingerprint of tremella from different producing areas can be used for the origin identification of tremella products.
