摘要:介绍二氯甲烷中萘标准物质研制技术。重点讨论了溶液标准物质灌封和量值核验问题。建立了低温灌装、高温火焰熔封的工艺流程,确定了最佳冷冻温度和冷冻时间,降低了破损率,均匀性良好。阐述了不同溶剂标准物质量值核验方法,相对标准偏差为0.33%~0.57%(n=7),相对误差为0.18%~0.89%。该标准物质可用于水中萘的监测,为预防水质安全隐患提供科学依据。 
Abstract:The technical of development of naphthalene reference material in dichloromethane was introduced. Embedment and quantity verification of the reference material was discussed. The technological process of low-temperature filling and high-temperature flame sealing was established, the optimal freezing temperature and freezing time were determined, the damage rate was reduced and the the uniformity was good. The verification method of the quantity value between the reference materials in different solvents was described. The relative standard deviation was between 0.33%- 0.57%(n=7), and the relative error was between 0.18%-0.89%. The reference material can be used to the monitoring of naphthalene in the water, and provide a scientific basis for preventing potential safety hazards of reservoir water quality.
