摘要:建立快速检测水中20种酚类化合物的气相色谱法。用HLB小柱富集水样中的酚类物质,以乙酸乙酯为洗脱溶剂,收集洗脱液,经旋蒸浓缩后,用火焰离子检测器检测,色谱峰面积外标法定量。20种酚类化合物的质量浓度在0.5~10.0 mg/L范围内与其对应的色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为0.09~2.88μg/L。3种加标水平样品的平均回收率为87.0%~103.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.48%~4.89%(n=5)。该方法样品处理简便,可用于水样中酚类物质的检测。 
Abstract:An analytical method was established for the determination of 20 phenolic compounds in water. HLB column was used to enrich the phenolic substances in water samples with the elution solvent of ethyl acetate, the eluent was concentrated by rotary evaporation, the phenolic compounds were determind by flame ion detector(FID), and quantified by external standard method of chromatographic peak area. The mass concentration of 20 phenolic compounds had a good linear relationship with their corresponding chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.5-10.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficients were more than 0.99, and the detection limits were 0.09-2.88μg/L. The average recoveries of the three spiked samples were 87.0%-103.8%, and the relative standard deviations of the determination results were n 1.48%-4.89%( =5). The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, which can be used to detect phenolic
