标准曲线质量控制图在水质总磷检测中应用

摘要:建立测定水中总磷的标准曲线斜率、截距和质控样品质量浓度的X控制图。收集水质中总磷检测的27条标准曲线,绘制水质总磷标准曲线斜率、截距和质控样品中总磷质量浓度的X控制图,并应用于水质中总磷检测的质量控制。结果表明,钼酸铵分光法测定总磷标准曲线的斜率控制在0.008 90~0.009 84范围内,截距控制在-0.006 94~0.004 94范围内。利用该控制图上点的分布及趋势可以快速对实验过程中的标准曲线进行分析判断,验证实验过程是否处于受控状态,确保检测结果的准确性和可靠性。
Abstract:The X-control chart for the slope and intercept of the standard curve and the mass concentration of the quality control sample for the determination of total phosphorus in water were established. 27 standard curves for total phosphorus detection in water quality were collected, the X-control chart for the slope and intercept of the standard curve and the mass concentration of the quality control sample were drawed, and applied to the quality control of total phosphorus detection in water quality. The results showed that the slope of the standard curve for determination of total phosphorus by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry was 0.008 90-0.009 84. The intercept of which was-0.006 94-0.004 94. The distribution and trend of points on X-control chart can be used to quickly analyze and judge the standard curve in the experimental process, verify whether the experimental process is under control, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
