摘要:对气相色谱-质谱法测定含植物提取物类化妆品中禁用的2种滴滴伊(op'-DDE和pp'-DDE)残留量的不确定度进行评定。根据GB/T 39665—2020《含植物提取物类化妆品中55种禁用农药残留量的测定》和JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》建立测量数学模型,分析了影响测量不确定度的主要来源,对测定过程中的样品称量、定容体积、测定过程标准溶液的配制、标准曲线拟合、测量重复性等影响不确定度的分量进行分析和合成,最终确定了测定结果的包含区间,得出影响残留量测定不确定度的主要来源是测量重复性和样品溶液浓度及仪器测定所引入的不确定度。当取样质量为1 g、置信区间为95%时,包含因子k=2,含植物提取物类化妆品中op'-DDE和pp'-DDE的含量分别为(0.087 8±0.004 5) mg/kg和(0.085 6±0.004 9) mg/kg。 
Abstract:The uncertainty of determination of 2 banned pesticides (o, p'-DDE and p, p'-DDE) residues in cosmetics containing plant extracts by gas chromatography-mass spectrography was evaluated. According to GB/T 39665-2020 Determination of 55 Banned Pesticides Residues in Cosmetics Containing Plant Extracts and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty, the mathematical model was established, and the impacts of major source of measurement uncertainty, such as sample weighing, the volume size, preparation of standard solutions, curve fitting, measurement repeatability were analyzed and synthesized. Ultimately, it confirmed the coverage interval of the determination results, and the conclusion was obtained that the uncertainty introduced from measurement repeatability, instrumental determination and determination of sample solution were the prime sources of the determination of banned pesticides. When the sampling mass was 1 g and the confidence interval was 95%, the inclusion factor k=2, the content of o, p'-DDE and p, p'-DDE in cosmetics containing plant extracts was (0.087 8±0.004 5) mg/kg and (0.085 6±0.004 9) mg/kg.
