摘要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定食品中钙、镁、磷、铁、锌、锰的含量,通过建立数学模型 ,对各不确定分量进行评估量化,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示:当置信概率为 95%,包含因子为2时,样品中钙含量为772 mg/kg 时,其扩展不确定度为22 mg/kg;镁含量为269 mg/kg 时,其扩展不确定度为14 mg/kg;磷含量为902 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为26 mg/kg;铁含量为 13.0 mg/kg 时,其扩展不确定度为0.62 mg/kg;锌含量为9.73mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.38 mg/kg;锰含量为8.36 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.19 mg/kg。
Abstract:The contents of Ca, Mg, P, Fe, Zn and Mn in the food were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The mathematical model was established to quantify the uncertain components and calculate the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty. The results showed that when the confidence level was 95%, and the coverage factor was 2, the expanded uncertainty was 22 mg/kg when the content of Ca was 772 mg/kg; the expanded uncertainty was 14 mg/kg when the content of Mg was 269 mg/kg; the expanded uncertainty was 26 mg/kg when the content of P was 902 mg/kg; the expanded uncertainty was 0.62 mg/kg when the content of Fe was 13.0 mg/kg; the expanded uncertainty was 0.38 mg/kg when the content of Zn was 9.73 mg/kg; the expanded uncertainty was 0.19 mg/kg when the content of Mn was 8.36 mg/kg.
