摘要:对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定防晒产品中氧化锌含量的不确定度进行评定。测量不确定度主要来源于标准物质 、校准曲线 、溶液稀释和测量重复性。通过对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,当防晒霜中氧化锌含量为9.04% 时,其扩展不确定度 U=0.22%(k=2,置信区间为95%)。结果表明,标准物质 、标准曲线拟合、标准溶液配制与稀释及重复性测量对测定结果影响较大。
Abstract:Meaurenment uncertainty was evaluated of zinc oxide content in sunscreen products determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. The uncertainty were mainly originate from the standard substance, calibration curve, dilution ratio and sample repeatability. By synthesizing and expanding the uncertainty components, when the content of zinc oxide in sunscreen is 9.04%, the expanding uncertainty U=0.22% (k=2, confidence interval was 95%). The results showed that the standard material, standard curve fitting, standard solution preparation and dilution also the repeatability measurement had great influence on the determination results.
