摘要:建立STD/KED 模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定天然水体中铍、硼、钛、钒、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、钼、镉、锑、钡、铊、铅、铁、砷和硒19种元素的分析方法。仪器调谐校准后,样品在线加入锂、钪、铑、铋校准溶液校正,以标准曲线内标法定量分析。标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,样品加标回收率为92.6%~103.6%,质控样品测定值相对标准偏差为 0.20%~2.6%(n=6),方法检出限为0.01~0.70 μg/L。该方法灵敏度高,操作简便,节省人力,能满足天然水体中19种元素的同时检测需要。
Abstract:A method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine 19 elements of Be, B, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Cd, Sb, Ba, Tl, Pb, Fe, As and Se in natural water. After the instrument was tuned and calibrated, the samples were determined. Lithium, scandium, rhodium, bismuth calibration solutions were added online for correction to eliminate the interference of atoms and ions caused by matrix effect and signal drift. The correlation coefficients of 19 elements were all more than 0.999 in their linear ranges. The Recovery rate ranged from 92.6% to 103.6%. The relative standard deviation of measurements results of quality control sample was 0.20%-2.6%(n=6). The detection limits were in the range of 0.01-0.70 μg/L. The method has high sensitivity, simple operation and labor saving, and it can be used to detect 19 elements at the same time in natural water.
